She previously served as an Entertainment Cast Member at Walt Disney World Florida and as Franchise Executive Director of an Official Preliminary Competition to the Miss America Pageant, where she produced major live events, directed complex operations, and led high-performance, multidisciplinary teams.

Alongside her creative leadership, Angela brings extensive executive experience in real estate, asset and property management, construction coordination, and transportation logistics. At World Spire Consulting, she leads the creative and experiential vision, aligning narrative, performance, and place-making across integrated destinations to deliver cohesive, fully immersive guest environments.

A former Infantryman turned designer and fabricator, Malachi Tangard channels a lifelong passion for the ocean into creating sustainable marine systems that protect coastlines and revive coral ecosystems. As Managing Director of Reef Systems & Design at World Spire Consulting, he blends hands-on craftsmanship with forward-thinking innovation in the Blue Economy.

From battlefields to blueprints and classrooms to coastlines, his work fuses discipline, creativity, and a deep respect for the sea. A devoted surfer and ocean steward, Malachi believes the best designs serve both people and the planet—where creativity, engineering, and adventure meet in the same waters.

Shawn Virag is a seasoned construction and engineering professional with over 30 years of experience spanning a wide range of project types, including custom homes, land development, multifamily communities, commercial tilt-up buildings, marine construction, and large-scale theme park projects.

As a long-time business owner, developer, and engineer, Shawn brings a comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle—from concept and design through construction and delivery.

His diverse portfolio includes successful projects across the east and west coasts of Canada and the United States, as well as throughout Central America and the Caribbean

Barry Jacobson is a former Walt Disney Company executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience at the intersection of hospitality operations, destination development, immersive experience design, luxury communities, corporate events, and premium service delivery. Known for blending creative vision with disciplined operational excellence, Barry helps bring large-scale destinations to life by aligning design intent, workforce culture, and guest experience into one seamless system.

During his career with Disney, Barry held leadership roles supporting world-class resorts including premium and high-touch environments where consistency, personalization, and attention to detail are non-negotiable. His background also includes executive leadership with globally recognized organizations across sports and private clubs, including high-volume, high-expectation environments where service standards and operational precision directly shape brand reputation and guest loyalty.

Joel Meyer is a seasoned manufacturing leader with over 20 years in management, recognized for driving operational excellence through teamwork, accountability, and process improvement. He has managed manufacturing operations for companies ranging from $30 million to $45 billion in scale—leading hundreds of employees as well as consulting and guiding smaller, high-performing teams.

Joel has also been highly successful in HR onboarding and in customizing training plans for supervisors and managers that get teams running quickly and efficiently. Along with his leadership expertise, he’s skilled in handling administrative and organizational operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Known for his steady leadership and hands-on approach, Joel has streamlined workflows, implemented lean strategies, and built motivated teams that consistently deliver results.
